無実の罪で拘置所に収監されていたアニメーション監督が、中国の習近平を礼賛する映画を作ることになる。実写とアニメーションを織り交ぜた形式で描かれる、中国共産党の歴史とそれを追う主人公のドラマ。精神世界での「皇帝」との対話を通じて、恐怖と自由の本質に迫る意欲作。

An animation director, imprisoned on false charges, is tasked with creating a film glorifying Xi Jinping. Blending live-action and animation, the film explores the history of the CCP through the protagonist's journey. Through dialogue with the "Emperor" in the spiritual realm, it confronts the essence of fear and freedom.

撮影哲学 Philosophy

光と影で、物語の深層を描く Capturing the depth of story through light and shadow

映画撮影とは、単にカメラを回すことではありません。光の角度ひとつ、影の濃さひとつで、登場人物の心理状態や物語のテンションが大きく変わります。私が大切にしているのは、監督のビジョンを深く理解した上で、映像でしか表現できない「言葉にならない感情」を画面に定着させることです。

Cinematography is not merely operating a camera. A single shift in light angle or shadow depth can dramatically alter a character's psychological state and the story's tension. What I value most is deeply understanding the director's vision, then capturing on screen those "emotions beyond words" that only visual language can express.

自然光の追求 Pursuit of Natural Light

「LOVE SUPREME」の田舎シーンや「Paradise Lost」の公園シーンでは、自然光を最大限に活かした撮影を行いました。人工照明では再現できない、時間の流れとともに変化する光の表情を捉えることで、作品にリアリティと詩情を与えています。 In the rural scenes of "LOVE SUPREME" and the park scenes of "Paradise Lost," I maximized the use of natural light. By capturing the ever-changing expressions of light that artificial lighting cannot replicate, I bring both realism and poetry to the work.

感情を照らす照明設計 Lighting That Illuminates Emotion

照明は物語の「もうひとりの語り手」です。「LOVE SUPREME」の皇帝との対話シーンでは、緊張感と荘厳さを兼ね備えた照明設計を心がけました。光と影のコントラストで、登場人物の内面の葛藤を視覚的に表現しています。 Lighting is the story's "other narrator." For the Emperor dialogue scenes in "LOVE SUPREME," I designed lighting that balances tension with solemnity. Through the contrast of light and shadow, I visually express the characters' inner conflicts.

大阪芸術大学卒業。映画、ミュージックビデオ、Web広告などの撮影を手がけるフリーランスのシネマトグラファー。撮影のほか照明やスクリプトも担当し、映像制作の幅広い工程に精通。最新作は園田映人監督の映画「LOVE SUPREME 〜習近平対話篇〜」の撮影を担当し、2026年3月にトロントでワールドプレミアが予定されている。

Graduate of Osaka University of Arts. A freelance cinematographer working across film, music videos, and web commercials. Beyond cinematography, experienced in lighting and script supervision with comprehensive knowledge of the production pipeline.
